i did a clean install

and now i'am trying to install the packages
- luskan village
- complete title set

if i install luskan village it says okay but there are no files in it if i click manage files

and if i try to install complete title set than it says clear cache okay
and then upload failed
the strange thing is this worked a few weeks before
